We accept Bank Transfer, POLiPay, Credit/Debit cards/paypal and Afterpay
Please note, our system does not receive, store or transmit any debit/credit card details. Credit/Debit cards are processed securely via our payment processors Paymark and Paypal
Orders are shipped/couriered same business day we if payment is received before 2PM.
The courier we use will depend on your location and when we receive the order in the day. If you have a specific courier you want us to use please contact us before placing an order, surcharge may apply.
Often, you will receive your order next day, but to be safe we allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Please contact us if your order is not received in 3 business days from ordering.
We only ship NZ wide we do not export/courier to any other countries.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter address details, we’ll be unable to courier goods to their address.

If your product is not as described or damaged please contact us we will refund or replace the product/order. Please keep your item(s) as we will arange pickup.
If you have changed your mind on a purchase please also contact us, we accept returns on most products at your cost to courier back to us as long as the product has not been opened. Please contact us first.

All credit cards are processed by our payment processors Paymark and Paypal. Both are fully PCI complient and comply to all laws regarding credit cards. Our systems and staff do not see and have no access to your card details
