The shipping is fast, but the main hair chemical container seal was slightly open. The product itself wasn't even half way full, it was filled jus a little over the bottom of the cointner, very disappointed. If you have barely any hair this amount of product would work for you..if you have alot of hair, this amount of product will work on a not even a 1/4 of your hair.
First time buyer from this business. Both jars of texturizers had been slit open along an edge with half the content gone. Different containers used for the same product (one big and one small), other items in pack intact though.
It only means one thing - a container of texturizer had been divided and sold as two. WHAT A RIP-OFF.
